ThemePages.com · Operated by Media Monopoly, LLC Effective date: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Media Monopoly, LLC ("ThemePages," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit themepages.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), request or book a call about the Theme Page Accelerator, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

If you have questions, email jon@efluence.media

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a consultation call, book a call, purchase a program, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, any answers you give on our request form, your scheduling selections, and payment information (which is processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, time on page, and similar analytics data, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from third parties. If you contact us through Instagram or another platform, we receive the information that platform shares with us, such as your username and the content of your messages.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site and our programs are for adults. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your consultation request, schedule and hold your call, and communicate with you about it;

  • send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by email and, where you have opted in, by text message (see Section 3);

  • deliver and support any program you purchase, including access to our course platform and community;

  • process payments and maintain records of transactions;

  • send you information about our programs, content, and offers, where permitted;

  • operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our services;

  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Text messaging (SMS) — how it works

When you request a call through the form on our Site, you may provide your mobile phone number and tick a separate, unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive text messages from ThemePages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders for calls you have booked, follow-up messages relating to that call, and occasional messages about our programs. These are conversational and transactional messages sent from ThemePages; you may receive up to a few messages around each appointment. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email jon@efluence.media

We do not share your SMS consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide when opting in to text messages, including your phone number and your consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. We share it only with the messaging platform that delivers our texts on our behalf, as described in Section 4.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only:

  • with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, including our website host (Framer), our form, scheduling, customer relationship, email and SMS platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), video conferencing provider (Zoom), course and community platform (Skool), payment processors (currently WOP, Stripe, and PayPal), and analytics and advertising platforms (see Section 6);

  • for legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ThemePages, our clients, or others;

  • in a business transfer, if we merge with, are acquired by, or sell assets to another company, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction;

  • with your consent, or at your direction.

Each service provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data as an independent operator of its own platform.

5. Email communications

When you request or book a call we will email you about that call. We may also send you educational content and information about our programs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails about a call you booked or a program you purchased are sent regardless of marketing preferences because they are part of the service you requested.

6. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • essential cookies needed for the Site to function;

  • analytics that tell us how visitors use the Site, in aggregate;

  • advertising pixels, including the Meta Pixel, which records certain actions on the Site (such as visiting a page or submitting a form) and lets us measure and, in the future, run advertising on Meta platforms. Meta may use this data according to its own data policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Site features. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, other than through the advertising pixels described in Section 6, which you may opt out of via your browser and platform settings. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (when you book a call or purchase a program), your consent (marketing and SMS), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.

To exercise any right, email jon@efluence.media. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. You will not be charged for a request unless it is excessive or repetitive.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Application and call records are typically retained for as long as we may reasonably follow up with you; program and payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites and platforms, including Instagram, Zoom, and Skool. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
